A full emergency lighting and scene-light package on an armored tactical vehicle running Division Six livery — the largest platform to come through the Skippack shop. Everything mounts to armor plate and heavy steel rather than sheet metal, so every light location had to be planned around the body panels, the door hardware and the glass, and every run had to be routed through an enclosure that wasn't built to be opened up.
Up top, a full-width LED bar sits between a pair of spot lamps on the roof rail, with low-profile warning tucked into the front of the roofline. Surface-mounts sit in the front fascia and down the fender flares, blue LEDs run under the step boards on both sides, and flood lamps and a winch are built into the front bumper for working in the dark and off pavement. The whole system is wired back through a single fused distribution point so the truck can be serviced without opening the armor.
